    BTW, avocado are ridiculously HIGH in fiber (both soluble and insoluble). The other stuff is accurate, but I'd imagine that nut butters would probably be high in fiber, though I don't have any on hand to check, and i haven't used them in a long time.

    Anyone which substitute supplements would suffice compared to the one you buy off his site? I havent got a credit card, but i'd like something like Hydro-C, just to use when things back up over a couple days.

    I noticed he modified his site to remove some content given the website had most of the info the book has.
