I like it. About twice a month, I slap a burger on two slices of presliced sourdough bread. Now I can say I'm glutening up. heh.
I'm a big Sean Croxton fan. He's such an obviously nice and intelligent man and gets some very interesting guests.
But there's no particular point to this post. I was just amused. So anyway he says to a guest:
Not posting to say anything "for" or "against" gluten. I just like the way he's coined a new phrase.Every so often I get glutened up.

I like knowing that even the front runners of paleo are sometimes having some gluten - the shit can be incredibly hard to avoid if you do ANYTHING social. Even if you don't mind not eating with others, it can become ridiculous to avoid everything. I feel like sometimes I eat something just so my friends see that I do in fact eat food (all my food pics aren't enough proof, apparently).

I have watched several of Sean's YouTube videos. He is enjoyable to listen to. His 80/20 video puts his "glutening up" in context with beer and friends.
