Problems with sitting
Being a lot more active and on the move, I've rarely found myself sitting down anymore. However, lately I've noticed a discomforting tightness mid-back when I sit for more than 20-30 minutes. Does anyone else experience this or know what the hell it is?
probably glutes are getting tight (or hamstrings, or both).
Postural problems would be my guess. Check out Esther Gokhale's GoogleTalk and you'll get some good tips for how to sit properly.
