Not sure where to post this, so I will start here...

I want to go back to school and get some sort of degree/diploma/training in Nutrition (and not as a dietician). However, this seems to be a fairly new and unregulated field at the moment. I'm mainly looking at schools in Canada and the US (I live in Canada), but as I need it to be online/distance education (I have 2 kids at home) it really can be anywhere in the world. I just have no idea what schools are considered to be good.

Any information from any of you? Two schools I am looking at in the US are Hawthorn University and NTA Foundational Holistic Nutrition.
