I am considering taking a 1 day course this fall, but no experience otherwise.
I recently took a course in this amazing new approach to exercise. Very Paleo IMO. The two links below give you a good idea of what MovNat is. Has anyone else tried this? What were your impressions?

I am considering taking a 1 day course this fall, but no experience otherwise.
I have a HUGE oak tree on my regular morngin run route. I often leap from the ground to a low hanging branch and race to the top of the tree as fast as I can. Great fun to be a little kid again and its a good all body workout.
I'm part of a MovNat group (along with SharonCC and maybe others here?) I have been to only 3 meet-ups so far but they're very fun - motivated people that are open minded and don't mind looking a little weird, my favorite kind.
I'm signed up for the 1-day course in Salt Lake City, on 13 Oct. It looks like it will be fun! I already Crossfit, so it will be interesting to see how the two mesh!

I'll be sure to report back! I was showing my hubby some MovNat videos, hoping he'd be interested in going to it also, but he's currently battling chronic biceps tendonitis and doesn't want to attempt anything new right now. But he scoped out the MovNat website and said, "you should become a trainer for this!"
If only I had an extra six or eight hours in each day...
