Hi guys,

I've been experimenting with different sports and workouts all my life, though I did not work out for maybe 1 year and now had a very serious operation, which forces me to start working out again very slowly (no contact-sports and combat for 1,5 years or so, better - never again!).

Anyways, I've lost some weight and want to gain muscle again, but also define my body, because losing weight doesn't necessarily mean losing fat (I can see a 4 pack when there is the right light).

Now I thought of a plan like this, every other day:

5 minutes rope skipping
pullups
pushups
situps
5 minutes rope skipping

now my question - is the plan good for my goals? And my biggest problem is - how do I set a number of pullups, pushups and situps? I think for my legs the rope skipping is enough work first?
