Seems a little low, but since cholesterol is meaningless anyway - it shows nothing. It's fun that you were able to convince your dad, in his confused way, that you're not about to die. But he really needs to get educated about cholesterol if he still thinks it's a valid biomarker or predictor of heart health for most people.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
