Eat all of the foods on the list. Don't go in trying to eliminate fruit or nuts or whatnot. Yeah, have some control, but if you want something sweet, eat a banana(or whatever). Get used to the new way of eating before you start massively cutting carbs or eliminating healthy foods.
Fruit gets a bad rap around here, and realize that it is OK to eat fruit and most ofthe people avoiding it have additional issues.
But the more good foods you allow yourself, the easier it is to stick to the plan and not go back to your old ways.
