I go trout fishing almost every monday with my father. I get a couple trout every week, but this week I got what I think are the 2 most beautiful fillets off this one trout. I think most of you will say the same.

2 pats butter
1 tbsp black pepper
1tbsp minced garlic
1tbsp parsley.

put one pat of butter on each fillet, divide other ingredients between each fillet. wrap in foil and put on top rack of grill for 15mins.
