Monday morning.
Started my day with a few rousing rounds of leg lifts and planking. Not too fun to plank when 2 large dogs think you are trying to play with them on the carpet. Calling a Uro-Gyn this morning to hopefully start the process of getting answers to my ailments.
decaf with ghee/heavy cream
Breakfast (was hungry this am!):
4-6oz BBO chicken
1c broccoli slaw
1/2 avocado
1T warm bacon grease/olive oil
2T raisins
Mixed that all up into a salad. Good! When I eat breakfast I tend to get that urge to binge around 1PM. Not sure what to do aside from eating a fatty Primal food around noon to see if that satiates me.
snack:
2oz raw emmentaler swiss and extra sharp cheddar
2T cream cheese
Fat bolus!
Dinner:
Too much chocolate
Paleo 'granola' 1/2 c
Carb binge. I just let it happen.
All in all, not a great day... but not catastrophic.
