Breakfast at 10:30AM
2 slices beef tenderloin
2/3c mashed red potatoes with butter/garlic
2 oz cheese
Snack:
A small piece of homemade butter toffee. yum
Dinner:
Very large sweet potato
1/4 c ghee
2/3 c squash
HUGE carb and fat night! I am very, very full. But happy.
