Winding down for bed now. Ready to have some cash in my pocket so I can order some supplements. I'm getting a good quality whey, BCAA's, and caffeine pills. Tomorrow Im doing IF until dinner, maybe till the following morning depending on how I feel. Going to be walking with the weighted vest to burn some extra calories. Going to do an assessment for my GED tomorrow, glad to be getting that on the roll. Will post tomorrow to follow up on my IF. Signing off

Well after lots of research, I'm officially doing eat stop eat. It makes so much sense now, basically I'm just giving my body more time to actually access my stored body fat as fuel. If I'm eating three square meals a day, that just isn't going to happen unless I get to a fasted state. Breakfast is for losers. My breakfast now is going to be coffee with a tiny amount of heavy cream just bc I don't really care for it black. I'm going to train my body to workout in a fasted state. I've actually always found my performance is much better when forced to use stored body fat as fuel rather than dietary fat. Sure I train ok on a bacon and eggs breakfast, but I train way better with more endurance on my bodies on reserves. This is why your body stores fat, for energy when it's not getting it through dietary intake. This is the key to becoming ripped and having a low body fat percentage. This is the trick these guys are using...and it's free! I do plan to take a scoop of high quality whey mixed with water about 30 minutes before my workout and possibly addition BCAA's. This ensure my body doesn't actually eat muscle tissue for food during training and ensure maximum gains. I'm not going to eat for at least an hour after my workout to take advantage of the extra fat burning. I don't believe in that window of opportunity bullshit. I plan to break my current fast tonight with bacon and eggs or chopped liver. I'm officially no longer eating breakfast. I'd rather get all my calories in a certain time frame. My post workout meal is still going to be raw milk and eggs. Then I'll have more meat and eggs as well. This will put me at about 1700 calories in one sitting and a little while later I'll have a lighter dinner with slow digesting protein, around 600-800 calories. This puts me in the sweet spot and during the night my body will slip back into the fasting state only to be broken after a high intensity workout. This is it!

IF went well today, drank lots of tea and a little coffee...not that I needed it I just like the taste and the extra fat burning from the caffeine. Totally pigged out at my 24 hour mark. Total of about 2300 calories which is exactly where I wanna be. Listening to my mother gossip right now, can hear her running her mouth from all the way in the other room. So earlier we are sitting down eating dinner and she randomly starts going off about my father and how she feels that he's ruined his life and the family and blah blah blah blah blah. I really didn't know what to say, I just kind of sat there in disbelief. Like did you really just randomly say all that, or am I dreaming. So I responded, "Well, I guess everything happens for a reason..." I mean WTF, I'm tired of hearing it every single fucking day. I mean hell, my dad seems pretty happy. She's the one who's miserable with her life. Whatever! Winding down for bed now, need to be well rested for tomorrow. Gonna freakin hammer those legs! I'll update tomorrow on the workout, should be fun I'm doing it completely fasted and won't break my fast for abut 2-3 hours after. Planning on doing some intense cardio as well...wish me luck!

Slept well last night. Had some tea and coffee when I woke up to get that caffeine flowing. Headed to the gum around 9:30, put a freakin hurtin on my legs! Staying in a fasted state for a couple more hours. Here the results
Warm-up walk on treadmill for 5 minutes then straight to the squat rack
Back Squats:
Did 12 rep warm-up set (always found this a good thing with squats before adding a lot of weight)
Set 1: 15 at 115lbs
Set 2: 15 at 115lbs
Iso: 10 secs at 65lbs
Leg Press:
Set 1: 15 at 180lbs
Set 2: 15 at 180lbs
Iso: 10 secs at 90lbs
Stiff Leg Deadlifts:
Set 1: 12 at 120lbs
Set 2: 12 at 120lbs
Iso: 10 secs at 65 lbs (pushing against safety bars so was truly Isometric)
Front Squats:
Set 1: 15 at 95lbs
Set 2: 12 at 95lbs (really struggled to get up around 10 so I racked at 12)
Iso: 10 secs / bar
Hanging Leg Raises:

Set 2: 20
Did a few minutes of jump rope then cooled down on the treadmill for 10 minutes

I do believe our moms are related. I've decided I'm not gonna be like that, I'm gonna be a happy person. Focus on you, that is the best thing to do.
I see where you mentioned going into the military next year, what branch?

that's exactly what I'm doing, worry about me is going to get me where I wanna be. I really don't want to join, my reasoning would be to pay for school. If I do it would be the coast guard, I'm scared of getting shipped off and getting killed if I join another branch. It isn't worth dying for this country IMO
