Tomorrow I will start PB living. I am training for a marathon and am a bit skeptical about how this will fit in with my training goals, but I am making a 21-day commitment to see. I have tried other low-carb diets in the past and have always been very happy with the results in terms of weight-loss, energy, and attitude towards food. When I am not eating low-carb, I tend to binge on carbs and eat when I am not hungry.

Recently in my training I have been eating way too much, feeling sluggish and a bit out of control with my food consumption. I also have been having a lot of intestinal problems, probably from eating too much of the wrong food.

I am excited to commit to this way of living for 21 days. Hopefully this journal will help me to stick with it and be honest with myself.
