Banana almond muffins
I just made some banana almond muffins to bring to my family tomorrow, and when myself and my grandmother tried them, the were slightly spongy inside, and she said they taste like they're not done. Here's my recipe:
2 tablespoon of almond butter
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup water
I put them in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes, then another 10 after she said their not done. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong? Also, they rose, but not a whole lot
