heres the nutrition info and ingredients:

    True North Snacks

I saw the almond/pecan/cashew variety at the store today but didn't get them. I don't fear a small amount of sugar and mark himself has stated that a little sunflower oil isn't at all bad. So to me these look legit.

I've had em and they are good....I would say healthy wise it would be better to skip on the glue i.e. just have the nuts and seeds as a trail mix. But, hey there are definitely bigger fish to fry if you really enjoy them

So, if you can stop at just 5 clusters with a teaspoon of sugar (5gms)... then you're golden. If it was me I think I might have a hard time stopping at a 28 gram serving.
