    A 3 month body composition visual

    I took a series of pics starting in May and was really surprised to see how different I look despite only changing the number on the scale from 135 to 128. I took a set of photos each month from May-Aug. (I started Primal in March at 153ish lbs so I was already down nearly 20 lbs before I braved any photos.) Around the time of the last set of pics I shifted towards a more Paleo eating style as I almost never eat dairy or chocolate anymore and have since dropped another 4lbs. I finally have some abs peeking out!
    I highly recommend taking pics if you are new at this, they come in handy when you feel discouraged. I wish I had started at the beginning.

    Thanks! I have recently added sprinting to my weekly schedule and it is making a huge difference.

    Wow. Amazing progress. Yet another example of how the scale does NOT tell the story. You've obviously lost a lot of fat and built muscle at the same time.
