Don't really know, but I'm glad you asked because I have to research it then.
So far I found Urine pH, which seems to indicate that you might still be in a normal range for your body. And maybe all you need to do is eat more vegetables. What was hers? Because it can also be too alkaline.
That's all I've got so far.
EDIT: and as the post above suggests - it's all hooey anyway.
