I'm vaguely horrified, but I think the grilled version of this is actually pretty primal:

I'm... I'm going to make one of those right now.

Wouldn't call it primal just because there are no grains. I'm sure the chicken is deep fried in crappy oils, or they slipped sugar or corn syrup in somewhere

"Colonel's Sauce"....hm...someone didn't think that one through. LOL The pic doesn't look appetizing...I wonder what the grilled version looks like.

I went into a KFC and asked the southeast asian behind the counter what they put on the grilled chicken, we had a communication breakdown, and I felt sorry for confusing her.

The meat is soaked in a "secret blend" before grilling... I bet at least one of the "natural and artificial flavors" is sugar or MSG

Haha, as primal as it sounds I'm incredibly leery of the quality of ingredients fast-"food" places use. I'll make my own. But only two pieces of bacon? Give me a break! I'll sandwich half a pound betwixt the breasts and go to town, slowly licking up every last drop of fat and savoring the sweet taste of fulfilling my primal urges...then I'll put the remaining half in-between the chicken breasts and have my sandwich too!

(was that a bit too graphic?)

Confusing for those who didn't already have our minds in the gutter... but that was quickly remedied. lol
