Lewis, I'm not surprised that you have analyzed this more in depth. That's not a bad thing! I appreciate it since I come across articles or studies that I often don't have the time to break apart (at least until I am finished my degree - In four weeks!).
I think what this shows most of all - again - is how many studies are poorly done, poorly written and evaluated, with resulting false or misleading conclusions, and then someone publishes the information, it may get picked up by the media, disseminated in sensational sound bites, and then its all over... somebody will be making their grocery list and add frozen lasagne, frozen bean burritos, and frozen pizza to their list because after all, home cooking makes you fatter.
