A little about me: Iím 23 years old, 5í7, 185lbs, trying to get down to 150lbs and see where Iím at. Type 1 diabetic for 11 years. Right now I have my ratios set at 60% fat, 20% carb, and 20% protein, with 1600 calories as my calorie limit, mostly because I have no idea. Iím working a crazy job right now where I work 12 hours a day, every day. So I donít have a lot of time to exercise nor any facilities/weights, but Iím trying to go running/walking 3 days a week and do some strength exercises like pushups and squats.
