Call me old fashioned but I think if you're gonna drink your face off, it should come with consequences. Kind of keeps it from happening too often.
I say this as I'm about to do the same thing tomorrow night. I'm going to be a glorious mess come Sunday morning, and I'm well aware of it. I don't look forward to being a disaster, but sometimes you just need a good trashing.

Avoid fats. Eat lean protein and carbohydrate only. Drink plenty of water.
And most of all, realize that if you're trying to get shitfaced, it ain't healthy so just get over it and git er done.
