    Fast...that way it takes less to get drunk. Worry about the repercussions when you sober up. Be sure to get a Primal triple hash brown "scattered and all the way" at Waffle House at about 4AM to end the night.

    LOL I did the drunken waffle house trip in I was down south last time. Put their fake butter in my coffee and a lemon, gave the waitress fits.

    Just finished a bottle of wine with my brother, ate a lamb curry with sweeet potatoes and a bit o' salad I'll let u know how it goes. Usually only have 1 glass of wine...

    Pretty cool, I followed your suggestions before I even read them.
    I did moderate my drinking and limit it to one type of alcohol, even ordered water and not fried lean meats to the table!
    No carbs on the table though, they love to drown it in vegetable oil.
    All in all didn't stress about it, had a great night and morning after isn't so bad.

    After consuming alcohol, I've noticed feeling signifacantly better when drinking kombucha and taking milk thistle (I order it inbulk powder from Mountain Rose Herbs, but it's pretty easy to find in capsule form). Both supposedly help the liver to be more efficient at detoxing. My husband and several friends have also felt significantly better after a night of drinking when they've taken both these things.
