i got some sweet potato flour. now what do i do with it?

Can it be used just like regular flour? I also picked up a mini donut maker for $9 and was thinking of making donuts in it with the flour but I don't know if that would work.

I have regular potato flour and use it to thicken soups - it's less intrusive than flour or cornstarch.

I got mine at Whole Foods, but I recommend Amazon for just about everything. Center of the retail universe, I tell ya what
