You likely need more salt, especially if you are low carb. Try some sea salt in water with a squeeze of lemon before and while you are working out. Increase your salted broth intake overall. Move slowly from a crouched position to standing. If that doesn't fix it check if your pulse is regular and that you don't have a murmur. (someone with a stethoscope who know what to listen for will have to do that for you)
