Took my body around six weeks to actually figure out how to digest it all. I remember pushing the devil out the back door and seeing chunks of steak, tons of fatty oils and leafy greens for awhile. I dialed the fat way back and increased it gradually, and now I can drink a cup of tallow and it all gets digested.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
