I'm not very adventurous, so please forgive the utter lameness of this question, but.

What does one do with canned salmon, exactly?

Can it be eaten straight out of the can? Does it need to be cooked? Does it require primal mayo, like tuna sometimes does?

My room mate decided she didn't care for it and bequeathed about 10 cans to me. It's wild and cleanly sourced, I just have no idea what to do with it.
