One thing that I have noticed is that once you do this for awhile and you see some stellar results, you can start to add back in things that you miss, such as beer, in small quantities. It took me about 9 months to be able to "cheat" and not have it affect me all that much.
Just keep at it dude and in very little time you will know what does/doesn't effect you in the way of diet. It's pretty interesting once you get it down.
People too weak to follow their own dreams will always try to discourage others.
