Suddenly vomiting
I was randomly hit with nausea earlier. I've since puked up breakfast and cant hold down water. CW says, crackers and gatorade but what's the paleo advice for settling my stomach?

Oh, lord, you poor thing! Sorry to hear that, I just had a wonderful bug like that in July. I broke down and ate rice & banana. Mark has an article about it. Normally, not eating anything while the bug clears works the best for me.

Bone broth if you want to have 'something in your stomach'. Otherwise, fasting.
-
Fizzy water - unsweetened.

If you can't hold down water you might give it some time, I'd go with a small bit of white rice if anything.

I found Mark's Article, hope it helps, again, feel better soon!

Sip ginger tea made with ginger root.

I took a nap and my dad brought me some anti-emetics. I ate a plum, waited, then ate a mango (the only soft fruit available and the only thing that didn't seem revolting). After that I had about 1/4 c of white rice and a plate of meatball stew. I feel much better but admittedly dehydrated. Also incredibly guilty about what the mango and rice will do to my weight loss efforts, but you know. It's better than starving.

If you can't even keep water down it's a good day for a fast. Give it a day for your body to clean out then start with liquids like the ginger tea and bone broth.
