Hello gentle grokkers,
I did well yesterday and am starting to feel less bloated. Hoping to continue the good fight today as I have another party (I know, I'm just a social butterfly) this evening - but it's a dance party so at least I'll be getting some "play" in!
Brekkie: coffee w/cream. No sugar (yay!)
Brunch: 2 eggs with spaghetti squash.

Dinner: 2 legs and a thigh of roast chicken. Perrier.
Dance party! Danced for 4 hours straight. Drank 2 tequila shots, something with cranberry juice, 3 more cups of just straight juice (no alcohol). My abs hurt. Tomorrow my whole body will hurt. Wow was it fun to dance for 4 straight hours though! I was super sweaty!
