    Interesting that "Egg Fettuccinne" is a junk food but "Corn Thins" are a "healthy" food.

    As far as I can tell the author is just cherry-picking with no real scientific basis.

    Also:

    Uncontrollable cravings are caused by the Western diet’s deficiency of healthy sugars.

    That's the same guy from Dr. McDougall's Health and Medical Center, a vegetarian resort in Santa Rosa. Norcal sure has more than it's share of batshit crazy.

    Read three lines and immediately thought it was a Vegan thing, thanks for the heads up.
    Sounds like the devotees must be wavering, give them an addiction and feed it to keep them in the fold.
