Fit4LifeGal's a Primal FOOL! (April Challenge)
Primal eating 100% - no grains, no dairy (I think I am allergic to both), no alcohol, one 24 hour IF fast each week, walk every day at lunch (I usually can do 1.3 - 1.4 in 25 minutes), sprints once a week, strength training (start Kettle belles but not til the 13th) 100 push up 100 sit up program.
Sleep, Play, and have a happy & positive attitude.
Starting stats (these hurt)

Ribcage - 33
Chest - 37
Waist - 33.75
Hips - 41.25
Left Thigh 21 Right Thigh 20.5
Left Calf 14.5 Right Calf 12.25
I am not going to weigh or measure until the end....
