Usually I just have a cold sausage I cooked the night before. Or vegetable fritters. I have to be out the door by 7 30.
Since you are in QLD the sausages I buy are Mr Beaks gourmet ones from Woolworths. It took a long history of google searches to figure out if the sausages came from a grass fed cow (which they are).
I'm sure that sausages aren't primal, but meh.
Or if I've got a small pot of full fat cream, which I don't get it very often, I'll drink that for breakfast.
But either its usually sausage, or vegetable fritters with coconut flour.
