    The Primal Mad Scientist

    Primal Fuel
I made a 80 % primal "banana bread" recipe today with no flours (including nut flours) and it was a success. If anyone is interested I'll post the recipe.

    -5 well ripened bananas
-2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
    -2 eggs
    -1 cup ground flaxseed
    -1 tsp. cinnamon
    -1 tsp. nutmeg
-1/2 tsp. baking soda and powder

Combine wet ingredients (I like to mix with an electric hand mixer to better airate the mixture). Add in dry ingredients and mix thoroughly (should be a little thicker than pancake batter). Spray a bread pan with canola oil and dump mixture into pan. Bake at 350 for approximately 45-50 mins (toothpick should come out clean). Let cool and enjoy! -Note Raisins and/or walnuts may be added. -If anyone has any problems let me know and I'll be happy to assist. Let me know what you think.

LOL, I thought I was the mad scientist around here?

will have to try that recipe! Could you maybe get a banana flavored protein powder instead? Isopure makes a zero carb one.

I don't see why not. I use a low carb vanilla.
