What did they do to my gym!?

    Primal Fuel
So I've been gone for almost 2 months, away from home and away from my gym. I come home to find out they renovated my gym...

So what do I find? New cardio machines? New Nautilus machines?? Nooooo....

A new power rack! An entire Crossfit room, with ropes, kettlebells, etc! Olympic bumper plates and an 8x8 pad! New pullup bars, gymnastic rings!

So happy, I <3 my gym.

    yeah you are

I mean there's so many ants in my eyes! And there are so many TVs, microwaves, radios... I think, I can't, I'm not 100% sure what we have here in stock.. I don't know because I can't see anything! Our prices, I hope, aren't too low!

I bet you are glad to be back. I've been lucky enough to go to Hawaii once and, well, other than family, there are not many reasons that I prefer Georgia to Hawaii.

And that is awesome about the gym. Dream come true.

Yea, I've had a 24 fitness membership for a long time but I don't see them ever getting any of that equipment. Most of the ones around me have one squat rack and one power rack and that's it, and sometimes it's a long wait to get on those. Maybe it's time to switch.

I'm looking forward to getting back to the army gym. Lots of the posts are offering full Crossfit gyms now. I've been to some nice ones around the country.

Right now, I'm missing it but will be back to one shortly- just waiting for my husband to get back from his middle eastern army sponsored "vacay" in the mountains

I must have walked around my gym for at least 10-minutes Sunday before I noticed the Smith Machine had been moved over to the far wall and in its place was an honest to God power rack complete with crash bars.

    I hugged it. 😍

I tried to convince them to get rid of the smith contraption, no luck. Too many people using the dang thing.
