Had one slice of Ezekial bread, one organic egg and two slices of swiss cheese. Every now and then I will eat a slice of Ezekial and it has no effect on me. Nice toasted for the crunch factor!!!

Breakfast was late enough it was actually lunch, but...

Leftover llama steak au poivre (okay, it was actually leftover llama steak Diane - I was out of demi so needed the cream and mustard to fill out the sauce) and some leftover zucchini latkes.

(Sigh.) I REALLY need to get some veal bones and make a batch of demi.

I had a donut. Yup. A deep-fried, vanilla cream-filled donut with vanilla icing and vanilla sprinkles. From a great local bakery. It's my birthday and that's my cake. Tasted delicious then made me feel like crap. No regrets.

    Back to bacon basics tomorrow...

This morning I ate liver pate with kefir cheese and triple cream goat cheese with spearmint pesto. I can't believe how sated I feel.

Ohh, I'm so throwing some mint in my next batch of (nut free) pesto!
    That just sounds so refreshing.

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.

Just had breakfast, I know it's late but this is when I usually eat my first meal. I ate Moroccan Grilled Liver Kebabs. It was an experiment to see if liver is grill friendly. Liver flavored with cumin, paprika and some cayenne. It came out really well and took the liver odor outside. Win/win. I also had a small mountain of steamed broccoli with kerrygold butter and cheddar. I think I'll fast until this time tomorrow now.

Two organic-egg omelet with tomato and mushrooms inside, Mascarpone cheese melted over the top. Two slices of uncured organic bacon. Rooibos tea.
