I am all over the place on breakfast! I am trying to subdue a rapid hunger between 12-3PM. At first I tried IF between 7PM-11AM with a big meal at 11AM but that seemed to just jump start my hunger. I ate a protein/fat rich breakfast yesterday at 7:30AM:
1 egg omelet with bacon
3-4oz leftover pork shoulder roast
Still, around 11:30 I was famished and it lasted for those 3 hours again.
I'm thinking it is habit. Boredom? I am at home right now without a job or school and the kids are gone all day. I need to get busy.
Not what you asked. Today for breakfast I had:
Decaf coffee with 1t ghee/ 1t heavy whipping cream

Wanted something bland, so had 3 egg omelette (no filling but plenty of salt and black pepper) cooked with coconut oil, with a small slice of butter melted on top of it, plus a big mug of ceylon tea (no milk or sugar).

Sardines. Boring, but at least I got some omega-3s first thing.
Nothing. IF day.
Yesterday was roasted bone marrow and a couple of fried eggs.
Hardboiled eggs and some sausage.
Bacon ends and pieces from my butcher, an over easy goose egg cooked in bacon grease and mixed greens to soak up the yolk.
