You'll love it! It's great to just not need to eat. I still laugh at the shock on some of my coworkers' faces when I tell them I'm not hungry, I didn't bring lunch, and I don't need to eat all stinking day like a cow, because I'm not a cow, and I don't want to look like one!
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
