I don't know if anyone has posted a thread about this, but I seem to get sweaty, red cheeks immediately after consuming most seeds and/or nuts. Does not happen with macadamia nuts..Sometimes if I eat a large amount of sweet potatoes it happens, too. Never had this happen to me before...It seems to happen mostly with almonds and sunflower seeds...Can anyone relate to this?
