I never thought it was necessarily more nutritious - but it tends to contain less pesticide residue than the stuff that is doused with pesticides all the time.
Using low lectin/nightshade free primal to control autoimmune arthritis. (And lost 50 lbs along the way )

^^^ This, plus the fact that it's most certainly got to be better for the planet. (Not that I'm a huge greenie, but why use poisons when you don't have to?)

Oh certainly, local organic (and in season) is 1000x better than something flown in from the other side of the country.

God only knows what we've done to our water tables with inorganic farming.

Apparently, Cargill was the source of funding for the study.

Yeah, organic was never supposed to be more nutritious, it was supposed to be less toxic.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

When I lived in South Carolina, this was being promoted on the radio. The ads were paid for by soybean and corn farmers, enough said.
