    Just for fun - but seriously, I feel like I could eat 3 or 4 per day. After reading the EAT MORE FAT thread, I feel completely at ease and like I don't need to save them for a special occasion or something!

    lol well i'm not going to actually eat 3 or 4 per day, but I'm glad that I don't have to obsess about the fat content when I want one. and yes - down with chips!

    You don't have to obsess about the fat content of anything no matter what you are doing on the primal blueprint. Fat is good for you. Just don't eat too much if you are trying to lose weight. By the way, you can get sick of avocados. I know this through personal experience. It is difficult to do, but it can be done.

    I absolutely overdid the avocados. Try to moderate if you can! Sometimes I think the foods I tend to OD on are the ones I should limit or avoid altogether---avocados certainly fit that bill for me.

    I remember years ago, when I first moved here from Minnesota (where salsa = catsup) I hated avocados~ bought them on sale, threw away the flesh and grew the pits. How cheap can you get for a leafy lush houseplant! Love them now though! Just bought a bag full at 3/$1

    I usually go through four haas avocados per week, but I could eat way way more if I were given the chance (and money) to! Man, I miss living in California where I could get 3 for $1! Now I get 3 for $5 here in New England...

    But, yes, as already mentioned - consume in moderation. The fats are awesome. Only buy a few on a Sunday or Monday -- some that are ripe and ready to eat, others that are hard and will limit your intake because you will only be able to eat it when it's not rock hard! I know that definitely helps me pace myself.

    I mean there's so many ants in my eyes! And there are so many TVs, microwaves, radios... I think, I can't, I'm not 100% sure what we have here in stock.. I don't know because I can't see anything! Our prices, I hope, aren't too low!
