    I cranked out a 7 mile run today at a nice leisurely pace up and down the hills around the camps perimeter. My legs were still on fire from the gym on Friday. I wanted to do the run on tired, sore legs to see if I could. And, I'm stupid.

    60 min. of kickbox cardio... Consisting of squats, lunges, punches, kicks, jumps, and everything inbetween... That is one GRUELING hour!
