    My workout today was a nice hour long walk along the beach. Freaking priceless!!

    The way he referenced the RM 2.0 kinda gave it away as well. I can't believe someone would be that obsessed...

    Today all I did was get a buddy to film me doing 12 dips with 100 lbs. Check the Dip Challenge thread for video.

    30 min spin class to get the blood pumping
    Squats 135 x 7 x 6
    DL 135 x 8 x 5
    good mornings 95 x 8 x 5
    hip thrust 135 x 8 x 5
    cable kickbacks 80 x 8 x 5
    my ass is killing me....

    I could go in tomorrow to complete the accessory work I didn't get to today. I don't know. Kinda on the fence. We'll see...
