I had forgotten how the Tabata Protocol can make me feel like such a weakling at any given moment. Sledgehammers, Jumpropes, Push-ups, and Sit-ups. I still feel my workout from lunchtime.

90 minute walk at moderate pace.
Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.

today was rest day, so i kicked the soccer ball around and played some light volleyball.

    Yesterdays routine:

    20 pushups
    20 sec. running in place
    20 mountain climbers
    20 half-burpees
20 squats (with 50 lb kb)
20 frog jumps (a fun one!)
    10 50lb KB swings

this cycle was repeated four times consecutively with no more than 10 sec. in between exercises.

then 3 x 5 KB clean and press (50lbs) with each hand
2 x 5 KB clean and press (35lbs) with each hand

2.5 x 10 KB bench press (50 lbs) with each hand with 10 pushups between sets

    2 x 5 KB squats (85 lbs)
