5 to 10 body weight squats and 15 push-ups every 15 minutes all day, while fasting.
Also, just took a 1/2 hour speed walk/run trip to the mailbox, .75 x 2 miles if I recall correctly. Darn, I forgot how long my road is!!! Grr!
And I've lifted my big rock 3x today.

Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
