    2 1/2 hot and sticky mtn bike ride up Mt. Pleasant. Beach later to swim a bit to cool off!

    Played with the doggie at the park this morning (ran around off and on for like 15 minutes - and then a 30 minute walk)...tonight I did P90X Shoulders/Arms

    Thirty-six mile, 3.5 hour ride on the Snohomish County InterUrban Trail from Edmonds to Everett and back in, hopefully, the last cold, drizzly morning the Puget Sound region will see until October.
