60 minutes of hot vinyasa yoga. There is something slightly strange about coming out from the studio to the same exact level of heat and humidity. I might have to cut out the hot part if this weather sticks around.

moderate 1.5 miles, with 15 lb backpack
Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.

On a rest day I picked up a light barbell and did some kind of upper body complex every once in a while through the day for fun today. Keep everything moving.

Ran the golf course at the resort we're staying at (guessing about 5 miles), then 130 burpees followed by 3 sets of pullups to failure. It was day 41 on the burpees and today I worked the average up to over 110. Figured 110 would be a good goal because that gets the annual total to over 40,000.

Getting back on the bandwagon after falling off last week.

Went out on Sat and got wasted plus smoked a whole pack of cigarettes, didn't get done drinking till 6:00 am now my body looks like shit lol.

Gonna be long sprints and squats tomorrow and maybe some bench, we'll see how i feel.
