I started this program: “BarStarzz: Increase your Pull-Ups” - BarStarzz
It's a 5 day straight of pull-up WO and 2 days rest.
Today I started a different program as I am not able to squat as frequently as I would like (old knee injury rearing its ugly head). Doing a three day split with plenty of sprints walks in between weight days. Today it was chest/biceps/abs*
2 exercises per body part
6 sets total per body part
Super sets thrown in
*unable to do abs today as I had some major GI cramping during my workout could barely complete upper body parts because of pain

All time high weight 262 lbs

Start PB Weight: 240 lbs ish
Current Weight: 220lbs ish
Goal Weight:190-200 lbs
All on a 6ft. 1/2 inch frame.
I can't wait to meet my abs for the first time in my life. We gotta lot of catching up to do.

for punishment for missing I deloaded and worked down without rest
For further punishment for an overall shitty workout:
Muscleups till failure (5)
Walking lunges + 80 forward and backward till nearly puked
Curls... just the bar 20 crappy reps as I was dieing.
No air conditioning in the gym today so maybe the 90+ temp had something to do with it.
10am-11am Kali/Filipino martial Arts, little boxing/Jkd
11am-12am Gracie Jiu Jitsu private, rolled
12pm-1pm GJJ noon class, taught and rolled
4pm-5pm GJJ private, rolled
6pm - 7pm Kali class
7pm-8pm GJJ class, rolled
Pal'ed around with dog all day, went for a walk, smoked salmon, did about 30 pull ups and got in a short 30 minute nap.

Totally destroyed this workout, despite it being my third day with no sleep - I have kind of a cold right now. It took about two hours, but I did have a friend show up part way through and we chatted a good bit. It feels awesome getting stronger, have to say.
60 minute yoga class last night. Goooooooosfraba
Back on DLs after nearly 2 weeks break. Testing out the ribcage. Fortunately it felt fine.
