I am doing a "carb refeed" for experimental purposes now. ;-) I pushed myself til I couldn't go any more! Now time for squash and potatoes. :-)
When I got to my usual field, there was a handsome, buff man doing the EXACT same workout that I had planned on doing that day. Hmmm ;-) I asked him to race me... He won, good competition. He asked me if I was from around here and apparently he knows my brother and sister, AND he even knew my name. Damn small towns!!!
