    Primal Fuel
    Getting caught in a thunderstorm last night finally broke me out of my biking-only funk that I've been in since Monday.
    Friday:
    Warm up:
    lunges
    lateral lunges
    Workout:
    8 Tabata squats
    6 Tabata pushups
    3x10-8-8, increasing weight, hanging high pulls
    2x10 burpees
    2x20 sit ups
    2x4, each side, snatches
    Tabata Row
    2x10 thrusters
    1/4 mile sprint

    10 push-ups
    max sprint
    Repeat 8x
    + 100x3 walking lunges
    + ~20min. on the bars

    I am doing a "carb refeed" for experimental purposes now. ;-) I pushed myself til I couldn't go any more! Now time for squash and potatoes. :-)

    When I got to my usual field, there was a handsome, buff man doing the EXACT same workout that I had planned on doing that day. Hmmm ;-) I asked him to race me... He won, good competition. He asked me if I was from around here and apparently he knows my brother and sister, AND he even knew my name. Damn small towns!!!

    VO2 max kettlebell snatch 15/15 - 16 kg
    60 x 8 reps = 480 snatches in 30 mins.

    Lifting "Heavy" on the monkey bars....

    5x5 Inverted Rows
    5x5 Decline Push-Ups
    5x2 Chin-Ups
    3x3 Chin-Ups (had to split it up, I was struggling with 5!)
    10x5 HLRs
    + some negative pulls, man do I hate them...
    ~20min. run/walk through the back woods :-)

    Bench, worked up to 150, 4 reps
    Full motion pull ups 5,5,3
    1.5 hour walk in the evening

    Saturday: moved my friend out of his apartment into a new apartment for 5 hours. I enjoy heavy lifting.

    Sunday: climbing!

    I am traveling every day next week until Saturday. Hoping I can fit in some awesome workouts on the road.

    Ok, I did the 100 yard sprint HIIT schedule.
    The one with the 1:10 work:rest ratio.
    Was that posted here? Where in the original thread/link??

    I wanted to say it was awesome. It took about 20 seconds of running (It was like 120 yards). So, with that schedule, we'd have waited THREE minutes. My workout partners didn't want to wait that long. We waited more like 60-90 seconds. Maybe 2 mins on the last one. Killer. We were shot.
