I had a great high intensity workout that was fast paced and fun! I got tired of doing the same set of KB exercises for months on end so I decided to switch things up a bit by incorporating rapid body weight exercises and KB exercises. The best part is that everything was very random. The only thing I made sure to do was take as little breaks as possible in a span of 30 minutes.
Started (10-15 sec rest in between these):
15 sec. of pushups
15 sec. running in place
15 sec. mountain climbers
15 sec. half burpee
15 sec. squats
15 sec. frog jumps
I repeated that cycle three times.
Then I started incorporating various KB exercises at a random order with body weight stuff thrown in. Some exercises included
Running up and down my stairs whilst holding my 50lb KB
KB Swings (both hands and side to side)
Squats (body weight and with either 50 or 85lb kb)
Mountain climbers and half burpees
KB bench press
KB half get up
30 minutes later i was all sweaty and felt like i just finished a great and fun workout!
