Snatches 3x10 each side
Presses 3x6 each side
Heading out to Karate shortly
3 sets of 50 old fashioned pushups
3 sets of 30 leg lifts
3 sets of crunches on ball
1 set of 9 chin-ups (up to 9 is huge for me!)
20 mins elliptical highest level, 5 mins backwards
30 mins treadmill
1st 10 mins 3 sets of sprints
last 20 mins 12 deg incline at 4mph
I do variations of this 6 days a week. Works for me I guess. I would love to add some to it, like some squats, but time is limited.

Took a couple weeks off to let a tweaked shoulder heal. Jumped right back in with:
Deadlifts 5 sets
Weighted dips 1 set
Weighted pullups 1 set
Long story short, PR'd squats and bench: 245 x 7 and 205 x 3 respectively.
Deadlift, safetybar squat, hanging leg raises & back bridges.
Today is deadlifts, squats and glute bridges, and an hour of slow speed/high resistence recumbent biking. I love this day. It's butt day.
warm up, bench 170/8 160/10 155/12, push ups 25/2, cool down, snowing today no rays.

Lats:
- Weighted pull-ups: 6 series of 6 reps, with 6 additional kilos (T-grip)
- Weighted pull-ups: 6 series of 6 reps, with 6 additional kilos (reverse grip)
- Pull-ups: 2 series of max reps with no additional kilos (reverse grip)
Legs:
- Duck walk (first time I tried it)
